Today, June 8, 2020, workers in publishing & media commit to a day of action in solidarity with the uprisings across the U.S. in response to the long history of the state-sanctioned murder of Black people. We stand together against the systems of white supremacy & racial capitalism which legislate these murders & today refuse to participate in complicity. We dedicate this day to acts of service in solidarity with Black people. Today, we will be protesting, fundraising, phone-banking, shopping Black-owned bookstores, providing mutual aid and donating.
