Next Wednesday marks the 51st birthday of the Feminist Press—51 years since the spark of feminist publishing was lit in 1970 by our founder Florence Howe. And to celebrate this momentous occasion, we have a very exciting announcement: we’re launching a matching campaign!

In honor of our legacy and future as the world’s longest-running English-language feminist publisher, an anonymous donor has promised FP a matching gift of $5,000. 

That means that for every dollar you donate to FP, we’ll get two dollars. And if we reach $5,000 in donations from supporters like you, we’ll receive a total of $10,000 to publish the next generation of feminist literature!
